* Premier Division is for the best team in each of the game titles from your institution against the rest of the island, broadcast all season.
* Premier is your institution against the rest of the island, broadcast all season. It launched last year with ten universities and 38 teams and did exactly what it was built to do — raised the ceiling without closing the door underneath it. UCD go into Season Ten as defending Premier Division Champions.
* Rounds start on 12 October.

* Check-in period: Teams have a 15-minute grace period to be ready for their match. Any team not ready after 15 minutes will forfeit the match, unless an exception is granted by an admin.
* Team size: 5vs5. There are no roster locks for the Open Series. Teams may add or change eligible players at any point during the season, provided all changes are communicated to Tournament Admins before a match.
* Max rounds: 12 rounds.
* Anti Cheat: Any player with a VAC, FACEIT, ESEA, or other major platform ban is ineligible to compete for two years from the date the ban was issued.

==About==

* Ireland's collegiate esports league returns for its tenth season. Open Division Winter Semester starts 12 October.
** Season Ten of the Ireland Esports Collegiate Series is open for registration. Red Bull Ireland are back as Official Partner. And the Open Division is getting a LAN of its own — not just for the finalists this time.
** We're committing to an Open Division Invitational LAN in the spring — on campus, in student gaming spaces rather than a venue rented for the weekend, and open to far more of you than a finals night ever could be.
** Invitational, and deliberately not a winners' bracket. This isn't a reward for whoever topped their title. Places will be prioritised for players who compete across both semesters — so playing Winter and Spring is what puts you in the frame, not where you finish. Full criteria and venues are being confirmed now, and we'll announce them during the season.
** And Open Division finals weeks now carry the live broadcast. December and April, cameras on you.
* Rounds start on 12 October and finals week is now locked in for w/c 30 November, before exams kick in.
